Absolutely the best hotel to stay in Krakow. It is right behind the train station, so any trips from Krakow to Wieliczka, Oswiecim or Zakopane was right from the train station there. Breakfast was really good with variety of cereals, cold cuts, fried eggs, hot dogs and vegetables. Variety of hot drinks and juices were also to choose from. Staff was very professional and friendly, making the stay a real vacations. Even though hotel was right at the busy street, you could not hear traffic at all with closed windows - place is air conditioned.

location is about a 15 min walk from old town and fairly quiet from the pubs and clubs. the hotel has a nice bar with an outside seating area. you can get a pick up for tours and Ubers but if you’re not driving it’s worth noting the pick up is at the back of the hotel in the carpark. the staff didn’t tell us this when we checked in.

What I liked the most was the restaurant and the breakfast options. Plenty of choices available and my kids and myself we were very pleased. I also liked the location, it was just steps away from the Kraków main train station as well as it provided easy connection to the Old Town.
