Ibis Kraków Stare Miasto

The hotel is in an excellent location next to the main train station & just a few minutes walk from the old town. However despite being in a busy area, it is actually extremely quiet inside. Staff on the front desk are polite & friendly & check-in was quick. The upper floors are accessed via elevator & rooms have a key card system. My room was perfectly adequate, the double bed was rather comfortable, there's a large window that opens & the bathroom was reasonably well equipped. There are also lights & cabinets on each side of the bed with a socket & a TV on the wall. There is also an onsite restaurant plus some seating in the foyer while waiting for taxis etc. The whole place seemed very clean & was good value for money

the room was i expected we stay in ibis at least 4/5 times a year we just feel very comfortable in ibis and would not change the hotel for anything did not have breakfast at this one in poland only because i really did not have the cash for this luxury this time maybe if i go there again hopefully in december i may have the money to try the breakfast

If it comes to this Hotel location is everything!  Just next to the Krakow Main Train Station. Right inside The Old town.  Easy way to get there from the airport by train service (20minutes ride). So if you have big bags with you life is easy.  In case Krakow is a base and you plan day trips, being next to the train and bus station or tram service is a must.  Hotel has a restaurant so you can have dinner if you don't feel like going anywhere. Breakfast is pretty good and all facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and rooms are comfortable and well planned. They have all you may need during your stay.

Very warm and helpful young people at the reception and in the bar next to it. As there was no fridge in the room, the girls at the restaurant took care of my kiełbasa and pierogi. Good location when you just hop off the train and sleep over night for an early flight. Easy to get to Stare Miasto. Next to shops, food and the Kraków Główny station.

The room is slightly outdated, the wall paper especially didn't look nice. Room is ok size, but I was alone, so can't really complain. The bed comfortable, bathroom ok, but I was expecting more offer on toiletries and vanity products in bathroom, but there was nothing other than body/hair product. In comparison to the Ibis budget hotel I could not see any difference. Breakfast was good, good options, both warm and cold on offer.
